Caitlin Ludlow
Head of Culture and Internal Communications
Caitlin Ludlow joined Bridgewater in 2013 and is Head of Culture and Internal Communications and a Partner of the firm. She is responsible for evolving and implementing the firm’s values across the organization as well as shaping the experience of working at Bridgewater. Previously, she led the CEO Special Projects team.
Caitlin is a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council and has served on the Board of Directors of the Mercy Learning Center of Bridgeport.
Caitlin holds a degree in Economics and History from Middlebury College, where she received the Marci J. Stewart Memorial Award for academic excellence. She is the mother of one daughter and one dog.
