Caitlin Ludlow and Dan Hochman Named to 2023 Atlantic Council Millennium Fellowship

Bridgewater’s Caitlin Ludlow (left) and Dan Hochman (right) have been selected as 2023 Atlantic Council Millennium Fellows. The Millennium Fellowship is a year-long, high-impact leadership accelerator for rising leaders from around the world and across sectors. Through this program, accomplished global professionals with both demonstrated achievement and reserves of potential sharpen their leadership abilities, increase their capacity for meaningful impact, and build community.

Caitlin joined Bridgewater in 2013 and serves as Head of Culture and Talent. In this role, she is responsible for driving and evolving the firm’s unique culture, as well as shaping the experience for the firm’s 1200+ employees, which includes overseeing Bridgewater’s talent strategy, DEI, internal communications, and community efforts. Caitlin is also a member of Bridgewater's Operating Committee. She was previously the Head of Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility, functions she continues to oversee today.

Dan has focused on deepening Bridgewater’s understanding of global markets since joining in 2011. As Head of Sustainability Research, he is responsible for developing critical insights into environmental and social sustainability within economies and financial markets. Additionally, he crafts portfolios to help Bridgewater clients achieve their sustainability and investment goals. Dan also serves on the firm's Sustainable Investing Committee.

This year’s class of 35 fellows represents emerging leaders from 17 countries, bringing a wide range of expertise and experience across various global industries and sectors. Fellows will join the Millennium Leadership Program’s growing network of over 500 fellows and alumni, spanning 82 countries and a diverse range of sectors. Previous Bridgewater fellows include Melissa Saphier, Gavin Walsh, Erin Miles, Sean Macrae, Steven Kryger, and Karen Karniol-Tambour.
