The Board of Directors oversees all Bridgewater entities, including the firm's operating company, Bridgewater Associates, LP. The Board’s responsibilities include overseeing the determination of Bridgewater's mission and long-term strategy, performing CEO selection and evaluation, overseeing succession planning, and approving budgets and other major decisions. The Board is made up of the largest equity owners, senior employees, our CEO, and external directors.
