Brian Lawlor

Brian Lawlor joined Bridgewater in 2000 and is currently a partner and a Strategic Advisor to the firm’s Commercial Committee and Client Service division. Prior to transitioning to an advisory capacity, Brian led many aspects of Bridgewater’s Business Development and Client Service functions. Most recently as Bridgewater’s Head of Institutional Advisory, Director of Client Service and Marketing, and Chair of Bridgewater’s Commercial and Business Strategy Committee. In his previous roles Brian served as Head of Americas, as well as led Bridgewater’s businesses in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US.

Outside of Bridgewater, Brian is the Chairman of the Investment Committee for Gaylord Specialty Healthcare and a Trustee at Fairfield Country Day School and The Southport School. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Brian worked for State Street Bank in Boston. He received his BBA from Roger Williams University where he studied Finance and Philosophy.
