Dima joined Bridgewater in 2017 and is the Head of Research Development and a Partner at the firm. He runs architecture, development, and operations of the technology driving all investment systems.
Prior to joining the firm, Dima was an engineering leader at a variety of technology companies in Silicon Valley, working in industries ranging from retail, enterprise software, advertising, and consumer-facing products.
