    Robert Bruce joined Bridgewater in 2003 and is the Head of Critical Infrastructure as well as a Partner at the firm. Rob is responsible for the core, hybrid-cloud critical infrastructure technology that enables Bridgewater’s business. His team’s mission is to ensure a stable, secure ecosystem the firm can rely on for all operations of the fund. Previously at Bridgewater, Rob’s roles have included Head of Account Management Technology, Head of Trading and Account Management Technology Operations, and developer in the Research group. Before Bridgewater he graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Economics-Philosophy and a concentration in Computer Science.

    Oliver Radwan joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is the Co-Head of Technology, a Partner, and a member of the firm's Operating Committee. As Co-Head of Technology, he shares responsibility for the strategy and oversight of Bridgewater’s Technology group, including technology products across the company that power both the productivity of our workforce and the systemized investment platforms at the heart of Bridgewater’s business. Oliver was previously Head of Product Management at Bridgewater.

    Kerry joined Bridgewater in 2003 and is Head of Equities Research and a Partner at the firm. As Head of Equities Research, he is responsible for overseeing all of Bridgewater’s equity strategies. Kerry was previously Director of Investment Systems, responsible for broad oversight of systems and investment decisions, evolving our systemization technology, and overseeing the training and standards by which we systemize our understanding of the timeless and universal drivers of financial markets. He also spent several years in the Client Service department, where he led a team of analysts, and in the Trading group, where he focused on improving our trade execution strategies. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Kerry received his AB from Princeton University in Economics with a Certificate in Finance.

He shares responsibility for the strategy and oversight of our Investment Engine and partners with the CIOs and Investment Committee to set and drive the firm’s key investment strategies and priorities in the Research department.

    Katie joined Bridgewater in 2007 and is currently Deputy Head of Client Service and a Partner of the firm. In this role, she drives the strategic and commercial goals of the department and oversees our global institutional advisory business, ensuring Bridgewater is providing thought partnership to help our clients meet their objectives. She is also a leader in the firm’s Women’s Influence Network, where she coaches and mentors young professionals. Katie previously was the Head of Americas, and she began as an Investment Associate in the Trading group, where she focused on foreign currency trading strategies.

    Sam joined Bridgewater in 2013 and is Head of Portfolio and Trading and a Director of Investment Systems as well as a Partner at the firm. He is responsible for end-to-end oversight of all our investment systems – from how we convert our investment insights into systematic logic, to how these insights ultimately flow through to the positions we hold. Sam’s experience at the firm spans the breadth of our research, portfolio construction, and trading groups. Most recently, he led the firm’s Portfolio Research Team, where he oversaw and improved the firm’s portfolio construction and risk management process. Prior to that, he ran the Commodities team and worked on the Trading Analytics team.

    Ryan Drajewicz joined Bridgewater in 2010 and is Head of External Affairs and Communications, as well as a Partner at the firm. Reporting to the CEO, he is responsible for the firm’s external communications strategy, public relations and affairs, and digital strategy. Prior to this role, Ryan was Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, Head of the Operating Board of Directors & Chief of Staff to the founder and co-Chair of the Board. In 2024, Ryan was appointed by Connecticut’s Governor, Ned Lamont, to Chair the Governor’s Workforce Council, for a two-year term.

    Derrick joined Bridgewater in 2006 and is the Technology Chief Operating Officer and the Head of our Corporate Technology division. He is also a Partner at the firm. As Technology Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for implementing business strategies and optimizing Technology’s operational capabilities. As Head of Corporate Technology, Derrick shares responsibility for the strategy, delivery, and oversight of Bridgewater’s corporate and back-office technology. He was previously Head of Investment Engineering and Investment Operations in Research at Bridgewater.

    Atul joined Bridgewater in 2011 and currently serves as Head of Macro Equities. He is a member of Bridgewater’s Investment Committee, responsible for undertaking the firm’s most significant investment decisions, and is a Partner at the firm. Atul’s focus is overseeing Bridgewater’s key country level outright and diff equity trading systems as well as exploring new areas of diversifying alpha, such as the development of new “bottom-to-top” equity strategies. Before his work in equities, Atul spent several years leading Bridgewater’s commodity team with a special focus on oil. His views on markets and the economy frequently feature in the firm’s daily research pieces, Bridgewater Daily Observations.
