Ken joined Bridgewater in 2008 and is Lead Architect and a Partner at the firm. He oversees the technology architecture that drives our investment processes. Ken also led the development of the platform that powers our research process. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Ken got his B.S. from MIT and was an entrepreneur and technologist in a variety of industries, including manufacturing automation, robotics, and finance.

Osman joined Bridgewater in 2008 and is a Partner Director on the firm's Operating Board of Directors. He chairs the firm’s Operating Committee and Investment Committee and is the Operating Chair of the Partnership.

Richard H. Anderson is an Outside Director on Bridgewater’s Operating Board of Directors. He served on the Internal Board from October 2018 to May 2021, before returning in July 2022.

Sian Beilock is an Outside Director on Bridgewater’s Operating Board of Directors. She joined the Internal Board as an Independent Director in July 2021. Sian is the 19th President of Dartmouth, and Professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences. She is the first woman to have been elected president in Dartmouth’s 255-year history. A distinguished cognitive scientist, Sian is one of the world’s foremost experts on performance under pressure. She is a member of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, one of the highest honors in her field, and received the 2017 Troland Award from the National Academy of Sciences.

Margo Cook is Co-Chair of Bridgewater’s Operating Board of Directors. Margo joined the Internal Board as an outside director in July 2021 and was appointed as Co-Chair in June 2023. Margo brings more than 30 years of executive leadership, operating experience and innovative thinking as an investor, CIO and business leader in the asset management industry. Margo was the President of Nuveen Advisory Services, responsible for over $1 trillion in assets in 24 countries. Prior to the integration of TIAA and Nuveen’s asset management businesses, Margo served as Co-President of Nuveen Investments. Prior to Nuveen, Margo led the institutional asset management business at Bear Stearns Asset Management and was CIO of the institutional business at BNY Mellon. Before becoming CIO, Margo was the Head of Fixed Income for several years.

Jason Warner is an Outside Director on Bridgewater’s Operating Board of Directors. He joined the Board in January 2024.

Aaron joined Bridgewater in 2004 and is Head of Investment Implementation, a Partner of the firm, and a member of its Operating Committee. He is responsible for day-to-day global systematic investing activities, ensuring that our portfolios reflect the richness of our insight in line with our Investment Committee and CIOs’ intent. Reporting to the CEO and Deputy CEO, Aaron oversees our Data, Signal Generation, Portfolio Construction, Cash Management, Trade Execution, and Counterparty Relationships teams.

Rob is Co-Head of Portfolio Construction, responsible for oversight and implementation of Bridgewater's investment process in Investment Implementation. The Investment Implementation group is responsible for converting Bridgewater’s views into portfolios by applying an understanding of risk controls, security selection, transaction costs, and other factors. Rob joined Bridgewater in 2005 and is a Partner at the firm. He received his BA from Yale University in Economics and Political Science.

Erin Miles joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is Co-Head of the Investment Engine, Co-Head of Equities Research, a member of the Investment Committee and Operating Committee, and a Partner at the firm.

Alex joined Bridgewater in 2010 and is currently a Portfolio Strategist in our Research group, as well as a Partner at the firm. In addition to conducting macroeconomic research, he communicates with Bridgewater’s clients regarding the global outlook, Bridgewater strategies, and portfolio construction. He has expertise in portfolio construction, currencies, credit, commodity, and equity markets. Before joining Bridgewater, Alex was a consultant for Oliver Wyman Financial Services. He has an M.A. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Hunter College, and an A.B. in Philosophy from Princeton University.
