Tracey Brady Yurko

Tracey joined Bridgewater in 2012 and is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, as well a Partner at the firm. She oversees our Legal and Regulatory Department and is responsible for legal and corporate governance, managing legal risk across Bridgewater and its funds. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Tracey practiced with the international law firms, Milbank LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, representing banks, issuers, private equity funds and mezzanine funds in a wide range of banking and securities transactions. Tracey also represented public and private companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters.

Alex Schiller

Alex joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is Co-Head of Fixed Income Research. He is a Partner of the firm and serves as a member of the Investment Committee, which is responsible for making Bridgewater’s most significant investment decisions. Alex builds and oversees key portions of the firm’s investment systems, with a focus on the understanding and prediction of money flows and their impact on markets. His work has included the ripple effects of quantitative easing on global markets, systematic projections of credit supply and demand, the impact of coordinated monetary and fiscal policies, and the supply/demand dynamics of the gold market. He also plays a significant leadership role in the development of cutting-edge technologies for Bridgewater’s investment process.
Greg Jensen

Greg Jensen is Co-CIO and head of the investment engine at Bridgewater. He is responsible for Bridgewater’s investment strategies and research efforts alongside fellow Co-CIOs Ray Dalio and Bob Prince. Greg joined Bridgewater in 1996 after graduating from Dartmouth College with a degree in economics and applied mathematics. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, Greg was named one of business’s rising stars in Fortune Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40.” From 2010 to 2016, he also served as Bridgewater’s Co-CEO.
Porter Diehl

Porter joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and co-Head of the Investment Engine. He partners with the CEO to set and drive the strategic goals and oversee the day-to-day management of the firm and shares responsibility for the strategy and oversight of our Investment Engine. Previously, Porter was Lead of Portfolio Analytics, working closely with our co-CIOs to evolve our portfolio construction process, evaluate and manage investment risks, and design investment strategies for clients. His work has included evolving our risk controls and event risk strategy, researching how to best combine beta and alpha, and systemizing our portfolio construction and trade generation logic.
Atul Lele, CFA

Atul joined Bridgewater in 2018 and is Head of the Portfolio Strategist group. Atul works closely with our co-CIOs and partners with Bridgewater’s clients on their most important investment priorities, including developing investment strategies to meet their goals and providing insight into the research group’s thinking on global markets and economic conditions. He is also a Partner at the firm.
Kate Dunbar

Kate joined Bridgewater in 2017 and is currently the Head of Macro & Policy Research and a Partner at the firm. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing and evolving Bridgewater’s estimates of growth, inflation, and their impact on global policy. Kate works closely with our co-CIOs and regularly shares her insights in the Bridgewater Daily Observations.In 2023, Kate was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 – Finance list, and was a 2024 Millenium Fellow at the Atlantic Council. Prior to joining Bridgewater, she studied English Literature at Magdalene College, University of Cambridge.
Nina Lozinski

Nina joined Bridgewater in 2017, is a Partner at the firm, and serves as Co-Head of AI & ML Investment Strategy. She played a foundational role in building AIA Labs, which draws on Bridgewater’s decades of experience combining a fundamental approach to trading markets with the discipline of systemization to develop AI-first investment strategies. She jointly leads investment research decisions within AIA Labs. Prior to launching AIA Labs, Nina led co-CIO Greg Jensen’s dedicated research team for two years, during which time her research focused on breaking new ground in Bridgewater’s ability to marry top-down macro understanding with bottom-up equities insight. She also led the firm’s junior investment talent pipeline and was responsible for hiring and training over 50 first- and second-year investment analysts each year.
Jessica Oleson, CFA

Jessica joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is currently the Head of Institutional Distribution and Consultant Relations, and a Partner at the firm. Over the past 16+ years, Jessica has covered Bridgewater’s US and international clients, including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, university endowments, charitable foundations, and foreign governments. Jessica also oversees the firm’s investment organization mentorship program, where she leads and coaches young professionals directly. Jessica is committed to helping up-and-coming talent develop the tools to build both a rewarding career and personal life.
Phil Dobrin

Phil joined Bridgewater in 2008 and is Head of Single Name Equities within the Equities team and a Partner Director on Bridgewater’s Operating Board. He is also a Partner at the firm and was formerly a Senior Portfolio Strategist. Phil has been responsible for leading research across credit, rates, and equities. He developed and continues to oversee Bridgewater’s bottom-to-top equity strategies and is a key partner in Bridgewater’s broader equity research, including the launch of the firm’s sustainable equity strategies. Phil also serves as an advisor to Bridgewater’s clients to develop tailored investment solutions, in addition to representing the firm and its market views at industry conferences and other external engagements. He is a regular contributor to Bridgewater Daily Observations, the firm’s signature daily research publication.
