Programs & Partnerships

Partnerships and Programs: We are committed to expanding access to our industry and to Bridgewater – finding and cultivating the best talent wherever they are and wherever they come from.

The Rising Fellows Program provides an early lens into what a career in financial services might look like to first-year college students. Over the course of a six-week virtual experience, the students learn from and interact with our investment professionals via remote classes and professional training. Fellows also have the chance get to know each other, expand their personal networks, and become part of Bridgewater’s community.
Our annual Immersion Program brings second-year college students onsite to Bridgewater’s campus. This three-day event is designed to provide students with exposure to Bridgewater’s unique culture, our fundamental and systematic approach to understanding how the world works, as well as a deep dive into our internship programs.
In partnership with Barnard College, we have launched the New Pathways program, which aims to expand access to the financial services industry for women and connect top under-represented female talent with Bridgewater. The program is comprised of 31 Barnard students, who represent a range of identities and backgrounds. Throughout their 4 years of college, students gain research training from Barnard faculty, an introduction to Economics & Markets with Bridgewater investors, and opportunities for mentorship from Bridgewater employees.

    Our Partnerships

We are proud to work with external partners to find and connect with more of the best talent.
