Bridgewater's B Proud employee affinity network is committed to connecting with and supporting the wider LGBTQIA+ community. With over 6,000 visitors a week, The Center has been the cornerstone of LGBTQIA+ support efforts in New York City with services and programming that evolve in response to the needs of the community. Earlier this year, members and allies of Bridgewater’s B Proud group attended The Center Dinner, an opportunity to celebrate the leaders and trailblazers shaping the next wave of change. The night was a wonderful chance to catch up with colleagues and build new relationships within the wider network of people and firms dedicated to LGBTQIA+ advancement.
