With the goal of encouraging more women to enter the investment industry, Bridgewater has partnered with the historically women's college to fund a grant to launch the "New Pathways Powered by Bridgewater" initiative.
The new Rising Fellows Program will be a three-week virtual experience with a focus on connecting with students from backgrounds underrepresented in the industry.
Bridgewater’s Legal and Regulatory Group recently launched a pro bono program which provides opportunities for our attorneys to fulfill their professional commitment to give back while engaging in pro bono services that are personally meaningful to them.
For several years, Bridgewater’s Security Department has funded scholarships for minority students seeking to pursue Master’s Degrees in cybersecurity. At this year's welcome session, Senior Security Manager Glenn Kinen spoke about the importance of DE&I in cybersecurity and helping to cultivate the next generation of security talent.
