Bridgewater’s 2021 US EEO-1 Report

Each year, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) requires that all companies with 100 or more employees file a report on the demographics of its workforce covering the previous year. The categories covered by the report are standardized across all sectors. Bridgewater’s most up to date diversity metrics can always be found here: Diversity and Inclusion: Our Strategy, Approach, and Outcomes to Date. The numbers in our D&I statement and EEO-1 report differ slightly because of differences in time period covered and differences in methodology (e.g., the EEOC counts people of two or more races as a wholly distinct category, while we count people consistent with the individual races/ethnicity they identify with).
