Ritambhara Kumar Named to 2021 Aspen First Movers Fellowship

Ritambhara Kumar joined Bridgewater in 2009 and has served in various key positions, most recently as Head of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. In this responsibility, she partners with Bridgewater’s leadership to determine the firm’s strategic talent agenda. As a founding member of Bridgewater’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and leader of the Women’s Influence Network and the Asian Affinity Network, Ritambhara also plays an important role in developing the next slate of incoming change agents.

Now in its 13th year, the Aspen Institute’s First Movers Fellowship program seeks dynamic talent working in critical positions within their organizations. Fellows are corporate change-makers who are focused on creating value from both a social and environmental perspective using the expertise gained during the program and within their respective firms. Ritambhara joins 22 other distinguished fellows for the Class of 2021 — all accomplished innovators inside companies who are creating new products, services, and management practices that increase business value and make the world a better place.
