Diana Zhang, a Bridgewater executive in strategy and operations for 15 years, has been selected to join the 2022 class of Presidential Leadership Scholars. In this program, the presidential centers of George W. Bush, William J. Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson bring together leaders from across the non-profit, military, public, and private sector who are committed to solving our greatest challenges, both domestically and across the world.
While working at Bridgewater, Diana co-founded the non-profit NeighborShare, an organization focused on getting charitable donations directly into the hands of those in need. In 2021, she took a leave of absence to continue to build the program — working in close partnership with current employees and alums who all came together with Bridgewater’s support to incubate and grow this non-profit. NeighborShare has since grown into an active partner organization network of over 60 nonprofit organizations across 25 different states, to date helping more than 3,000 neighbors directly during moments of need.
Diana’s selection to the 2022 Presidential Leadership Scholars cohort follows her Bridgewater colleague Alfia Ilicheva’s participation in 2019. Read more about Diana’s selection here: https://www.presidentialleadershipscholars.org/class-of-2022/
