Jon Pipicelli

Jon Pipicelli is the Chief Security Officer at Bridgewater Associates, where he oversees all aspects of security, including cyber security, physical security, internal affairs, security investigations, business continuity, resiliency, executive protection, and non-compete agreement enforcement. In this role, he leads the department responsible for understanding the threat landscape and how to best protect Bridgewater’s employees and intellectual property, both domestically and abroad in various locations. Jon was previously Head of Critical Operations and has held various positions throughout Bridgewater’s Security and Real Estate departments. Before joining Bridgewater in 2010, he held similar positions at Citadel Investment Group, Silver Point Capital, and the NYC Transit Authority.

Jon graduated from Iona College (’05) with a degree in Criminal Justice and holds graduate degrees from John Jay College in Public Administration and Security Management. Jon was born and raised in Greenwich, CT where he still resides with his family.
