Sarah Fass: Planning an Inclusive Return to Office

Sarah Fass, Chief Human Resources Officer, participated in a panel discussion where she addressed how offices are evolving as employers prepare to adapt to a post-pandemic world. During the talk, Sarah explained that Bridgewater’s return to office plan is anchored in being explicitly inclusive of the needs of both individuals and groups. She shared that Bridgewater’s goal is to capture the best of what we’ve learned about working remotely while also deeply valuing the power of coming together in person.
