Our Chief Compliance Officer, Helene Glotzer, recently joined a panel discussion hosted by the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity (LCD). Helene discussed the intrinsic value of diverse perspectives in Bridgewater’s pursuit of an idea meritocracy, the imperative for organizations to be diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments in order to attract the next generation of top talent, and the power of senior leaders to shape the workplace via the behavior they model for others. “The cavalry ain’t coming,” she said. “It’s you.”
