Bridgewater Immersion: Macro Research in Markets
📅 March 20, 2026 | 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
📍New York City
Explore Macro Investing through a Macroeconomic Research Lens with our Co-Chief Investment Officer Karen Karniol-Tambour
Markets are shaped by cause-and-effect relationships—between fiscal policy and growth, inflation and behavior, risk, and opportunity. At Bridgewater, we believe our edge comes from understanding these relationships deeply, stress-testing them in markets, and systemizing what we learn.
We are looking for our next generation of investor talent: individuals driven to apply economic thinking to markets via intense collaboration with others.
Select candidates applying to our 2027 Investment Associate Internship will join us in our New York City office for a full-day immersion of discussion, debate, and exposure to Bridgewater’s research-driven investment process. The event will be led by Co-CIO Karen Karniol-Tambour, who began her career in our internship program, alongside senior members of our investment team.
Submit your application for the 2027 Investment Associate Internship Program by February 25th, 2026.
