UNCF President and CEO Dr. Michael Lomax: “A mind is a terrible thing to waste.”

As part of the firm’s Black History Month programming, the President and CEO of UNCF engaged in a fireside chat with Bridgewater’s Chief Diversity Officer, Alan Bowser. UNCF is the country’s largest private provider of scholarships and support for Black students. The two discussed Dr. Lomax’s personal story as well as UNCF’s mission to serve as a “talent machine” by helping students identify their unique gifts, providing a nurturing environment in which to grow, and connecting them to opportunity in the world of work.
