Co-Lead of Equity Research Erin Miles joined Bridgewater in 2010 and oversees and directs a task force spanning Bridgewater’s technology, engineering, and investment groups. Kate Manahan serves as Head of Reward and Talent Enablement. Over the past several years, she has been responsible for Bridgewater’s employee benefits, compensation programs, employee wellness, workforce analytics, job architecture, and performance management in addition to serving as a key member of our Covid-19 response team. Today, Erin and Kate both play active roles in shaping the next generation at Bridgewater.
This year’s class was selected from over 1,000 applicants representing more than 100 countries, with a 3% acceptance rate. The fellows will join the Millennium Leadership Program’s growing network of over 500 fellows and alumni, spanning 82 countries and a wide range of sectors.
