Lexie Toorock Named to INvolve’s 2022 HERoes Future Leaders list

As a leader in our Global Wealth business who has been at Bridgewater for over a decade, Lexie climbed from the most entry-level position to a lead relationship manager and marketer for our wealth and distribution practice. Along the way, she has proven herself a trailblazer who has driven many firsts, including hosting our first multi-client summit, launching our first regional business model in Brazil, becoming our first homegrown female salesperson, and helping establish our first wealth and distribution practice.

Lexie was a founding member of Bridgewater's Women's Influence Network, partnering with our central diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) team to set the vision and goals, and design programming and initiatives to advance these goals. She also founded the Client Service DEI council which drives representation and inclusion progress in the client-facing community. On top of that, Lexie also takes the time to mentor young women throughout the company and has orchestrated and led various firmwide discussions, including a Distinguished Speaker Series featuring Andrea Jung and a session educating our community on our business within Latin America.

Lexie’s passion for supporting and advancing women and other underrepresented groups carries through to her commitments outside of the workplace. She is a fundraising and strategy partner to Grameen America, the country's fastest growing micro-finance nonprofit who gives out microloans to women entrepreneurs to help them get closer to financial independence. Lexie also serves on the Board for LSA Family Health Service, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening and empowering vulnerable families and children through meeting basic needs for food, healthcare, education, and safety within the home.

In recognition of all that she has achieved, Lexie Toorock was named one of INvolve’s 2022 HERoes Top 20 Women Future Leaders, supported by Yahoo Finance, in recognition of her incredible impact on our business as well as major contributions to the advancement of gender diversity both inside and outside of the workplace.
