Jessica Oleson, CFA

Jessica joined Bridgewater in 2009 and is currently the Head of Core Client Service, overseeing direct client relationships, Institutional Distribution, and Consultant Relations. She is also a Partner at the firm. Over the past 16+ years, Jessica has managed relationships with many of Bridgewater’s US and international clients, including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, university endowments, charitable foundations, and foreign governments.
 
Prior to joining Bridgewater, Jessica was an Investment Director at Wellington Management, where she focused on commodities and multi-asset portfolios, and before that she was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she served clients in the financial services industry. Jessica earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from MIT, an MS in Environmental and Biological Engineering from Cornell, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society and the Stamford Society of Security Analysts. Committed to developing up-and-coming talent, Jessica coaches and mentors emerging talent directly and oversees the firm’s investment organization mentorship program. Jessica lives in Connecticut with her husband and their six children.
