Céline Dufétel

Céline Dufétel joined Bridgewater in 2025 and is Bridgewater’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Céline is responsible for overseeing the Finance, Security, Human Resources, Technology, and Real Estate & Facilities departments, as well as advising on a range of strategic business matters.

Outside of Bridgewater, Céline also serves as a Board Member for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 global payments and financial technology company.

Prior to joining Bridgewater, Céline served as President of Checkout.com, a global payments fintech, where she oversaw finance, strategy, marketing, client services, risk, legal, and compliance. Under her leadership, Checkout.com raised a $1B Series D, diversified its revenue mix, accelerated growth, and expanded its product and geographic footprint. Prior to Checkout.com, Céline was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of T. Rowe Price, where she held global responsibility and oversight for finance, investor relations, strategy, M&A, risk, operations, technology, and transformation. She served on the Management Committee, the Investment Management and Product Steering Committees, and chaired the firm’s Risk and Operations Steering Committee. Céline spent the first 10 years of her career at McKinsey & Company, where she was a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group, serving asset and wealth managers.

A native of France, Céline earned a BS and MS in applied mathematics and economics from École Polytechnique and an MS in Finance from Princeton University. She also served in the French Navy. Recognized for her leadership and influence in the financial industry, Céline was named to Barron’s Most Influential Women in Finance list and Fortune’s 40 Under 40.
