Adam Zimbler
Adam Zimbler joined Bridgewater in 2024 and is a Senior Investor on the Alpha Integration team. In this capacity, he is responsible for looking top-down across the portfolio and assisting the firm’s investment activities on a cross-asset basis. He is also currently leading the AI Impact team, a newly formed research effort focused on the impact AI will have on companies, markets, and economies.
Prior to joining Bridgewater, Adam was the President and co-founder of AKAZ Investment Partners, a multi-billion-dollar discretionary macro hedge fund. Prior to that role, he served as the Director of Research and a partner of Blockhouse Capital Management, as well as a Managing Director at PointState Capital Management. Adam began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners.
Adam graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School, and a BA in International Studies with a minor in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences. Upon graduation, Adam received a Marshall Scholarship to pursue graduate study at the University of Oxford, where he earned an MPhil in Political Theory.
