Aaron Linsky

Aaron joined Bridgewater in 2008 and is Head of Engineering for the Alpha Engine and a Partner of the firm. He was previously the founding Chief Technology Officer of AIA Labs, where he built the technology platform enabling AI-first investment research and strategies. He is now responsible for extending and scaling those capabilities across Bridgewater’s Alpha Engine.

Aaron began his career at Bridgewater as a data analyst on the Equities team before moving into Technology. Over his tenure, Aaron has developed investment logic alongside investors, helped scale Bridgewater’s research platform to the cloud, and led the redesign and unification of the application stack supporting portfolio operations.

Aaron graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
