BW*Wizard Support Services


The following support services are available for an annual fee. You must purchase an Annual Service License for each copy of BW*Wizard at your location.

Telephone Support

    Bridgewater provides telephone support on a first come, first served call-back basis depending on the severity level assessed against the problem. This phone service is provided 8:00am PST to 5:00pm PST on business days. Hotline Support Services are also available (for an additional fee) for assistance in dealing with BW*Wizard technical issues.

E-Mail Support

    BW*Wizard users can send messages and files to Bridgewater Support via the Internet. Bridgewater Support monitors messages left via Email, and will respond on a first come, first served call-back basis depending on the severity level assessed for the problem. If you need to send a file to us via FTP, contact us for instructions.
